Then I went home, took a nap – then caught some dinner with some friends we haven’t seen in a while at bonefish grill!

we got home, and I was dead set on bottling the wine so I could free up the keg to keg the Orange Hefeweizen!

$15 worth of corks (100 count)

Super easy fill with the Keg setup – I highly recommend it!

50% of the way there!

DONE!

24 bottles of Riesling folks!

Now I had to take advantage of the fresh keg and keg my Hefeweizen!

Look at all that productivity!

Pro-tip: fill with sanitizing solution, put the main cap on, then cover these two hole to shake the solution in the keg – that’s my form…

Now I have TWO carboys that are aching for some action!

Such a long day – how should I wind down from that?
